So ends the work week! What a whirlwind it has been, first week as a working girl in LA (meeting interns, settling into my desk, starting projects, etc. etc.).
Though generally business casual M-Th...the last day of the week is generally when dress code becomes more lax and people "dress down" (though- standards are different from place to place, for instance our intern coordinator told us, when explaining the dress code, "New York City business casual" is "Los Angeles business." And so it goes!

The all black aesthetic is a classic, but I really would've liked to see a bit more color in your outfit. I'm assuming you work during the day, and it's also summertime, so spice things up a bit!
ReplyDeleteI would've liked to see some sort of bold accent piece to contrast the black in the rest of your outfit. Though the bag is a different color, you totally could've been more adventurous. I feel like you played it safe with the neutral colored bag. Though accessories rarely ruin a good outfit, they can most certainly turn a good one into a great one.
